That's a really well written article, nice to read something decent from the times.

Has the Times given up on its `Cities for for cycling' campaign? Five paragraphs on p.23 of today's newspaper.

This, particularly this week. Guess it wasn't shifting units anymore?

The second fatality was clearly after today's edition was put to bed, but still. Will see what they do with tomorrow's edition. I suspect it may get some play since the politicians are making all their empty statements.
