If she wants new, then Decathlon's B'Twin range are good value.
The Triban 100 is on-trend with a 1x er... 7 drivetrain and 32mm tyres, for £250.
And the Triban 500SE is well regarded and on sale at the same price as the 100: she is over 6'4" right?
This from Wiggle isn't terrible for £250.
