Not 100% sure. There's no paint scratch around the dent so it's either a good touch up or it's been repainted. That said you don't see this level of detail often. I guess it's possible to get those 531 'track model' transfers? not sure.

A small dent like that would have been easily fixed when repainting, so the dent happened after the painting for sure (I think)

As per if it has repainted, not sure.
