Going by where the toptube is in comparison to the wheels, the frame is pretty big already, rider must be 7ft+?

It's not somebody short, for sure.

I'd be curious to see these two bikes overlaid, to check out where the contact points are.

Yeah, he's very tall, his other bikes are similarly custom/ised too.

Phoenixes (Phoenii?) are designed to have a lot of post though.
