  • Fasting seems to be helping me (not just lose weight but also not overeat when not fasting, it seems to reset my appetite), but lack of planning means I'm closer to 6:1 or 11:3 than 5:2.

    28/2 95.3kg
    13/3 93.5kg

    Have another 36h fast planned for Wed/Thu/Fri this week which should help again.

    Goals: <80kg by Christmas and <76kg by London Marathon 2019.
