I meant they are the only circumstances in which I personally would apologise. Otherwise I would take him to court myself for endangering my life and a child's.
I'm fed up with people going around acting like cunts.

I read it as the child was filming it as they drove along and JC spat at the camera.
I like JC but you need to be a special sort of cunt where your thought process leads you to this.
Spitting is assault right? its only football mate....

No the dad was filming. Exactly you need to be a special sort of cunt to wind someone up in a car, whilst filming them, with a child in the passenger seat as it is only football. Like I said, an example needs to be made of this guy.
