He’s a grown adult who spat at a car containing a 14 year old girl. Of course he has to apologise, irrespective of the behaviour of the girl’s dad.

He should know better.

In that case Id apologize if the guy driving whilst filming with a child in the car was sent instantly to jail. There can be no other outcome.

Yes there can. We don’t send people ‘instantly to jail’ in this country.

Plenty of other outcomes:-

A NIP with no actual follow up.

6 points on his license, where he probably already has 9 but is allowed to keep driving by the courts as 'he needs his car'.

etc.
