They were 160 but only lasted a couple of months before Chak made me an offer too good to refuse for a full hydro setup. The stock pads are pretty crap, but with the right ones they were fine.
@Howard has used the Juin's I think without any major issues.
I seem to remember either Sweedee or Dick tried to set them up (or might have been Hy/Rd) on their CAADs and found the cable angle to be even worse than the SpyresEdit: just had a look and I think it must have been Hy/Rds I was remembering - the cable angle on the Juins looks fine, maybe even a touch better than the Spyres
Sounds like a good plan! I'm super happy with mine, finally got round to getting some 38mm carbon rims for it before christmas, so will have new shoes soon. Also, definitely take it to RadBikes if you have any issues, Tom and Ben are great. I could see if I can find that noodle I used for the front brake and drop it in there for you - it helped a bit from memory but I have hydro now
