Here is what the seller said:

Hi Vincent,
It was bought when I was living in the UK about 3 years ago. I had been living in Spain but due to some family stuff moved back to UK. Then life took a few unexpected turns and looks as if I will not be returning to UK for some time.
The frame is hand built and was intended as a commuter/winter bikes. I put wheels, crankset and braked on but never rode it. The frame has sat in my garage ever since.
We are now moving and I will have less space so I am reducing my bike stuff. I hope you can put it to good use.

And the award for inherently dodgy carbon frame design goes to... Rossin as he says its a wall hanger nothing more. You'd be paranoid about every lug. Worth no more than £50. Its in Australia, just put this on for autopsy image really. Reminds me of Vitus.
