How about a derailleur that works with a 42t cassette and drop bar shifters you plonkers? Just look at how popular the RoadLink and TanPan are. It sort of sounds like they've damned it with faint praise to me but we'll see when there's a proper review I guess

Sorry, that was me complaining about Shimano, not Trek. Then I meant that they'd damned the bike with faint praise (unrelated to the chainring thing).
