Park one is very robustly made, will last a long time when used day to day in a bike shop. They are also great for cutting spokes/mudguard rods.
Their downfall is that they dont have any inbuilt mechanism for neatening up the end, which some cheaper ones do.

Any old side cutting pliers from screwfix will be more than good enough for inner and outer bike cables. Cost less too

@SideshowBob Must admit, I've had no problems with the bike hut ones from Halfords. Twenty quid and work a treat. Proper solid jaws too.

I also bought the Halfords Bikehut cutters recently. I’ve had no issues with them.
10% discount with British cycling as well.
