sounds fair! I've got an equilibrium disc with straight steerer so have been looking at options on a lighter fork than the genesis one. not much around though unless you're prepared to spend a few hundred quid... best money no option option is probably the ritchey wcs. nice and light but a bit spendy.
Yeah, there are a few about, but it's not really worth £150 to upgrade from the steel one I've got already. So it has to be second-hand, but the sketchiness of a random carbon fork off eBay rules most of them out. Which means that buying someone's off here is the best option really - I trust people on here a bit more because people have met each other in real life and no one seems to be trying to rip each other off. If someone says "I never crashed it" that's a bit more believable and if it collapses under me on the first ride I think there's a better chance of getting my money back and so on.
