Where can I get single ring chainring bolts that take allen key both sides?
-
• #89908
Are they just normal bolts with spacers included?
-
• #89909
Should I just buy a 1 pound chainring bolt peg spanner and buy normal track bolts?
-
• #89910
No, because that interface sucks. But cheap Allen bolts tend to round out when serious force is applied, so yeah...

Are creaky bars anything to worry about?

Don’t order any low-alcohol drinks and you’ll be fine.

Oh and stay away from the handmade sandwiches.

How much will I die if I mount a rack onto these eyelets? Max load would be maybe 5kg or so, frame is a 2013 alloy cannondale synapse.

You're supposed to sow them if they're wild.

I'm too domestic for words.

I think they're 25.x mm bars in a 26.0 stem. So that would explain them moving. If I tighten them up a bit more will that sort it?

It might, but only by introducing new problems. Just use properly matched parts.
-
• #89920
Well, I don't really know was the original spec of the stem was as it came from a parts bin and has been stretched to fit around bars. But I take the point and will investigate.
Also you have probably assumed that I torqued the bolt up to spec but my torque meter broke recently so it was all guesswork #skilled_mechanic

Saw a frame with the following tubing -
Tubi di precisione - Tensore più - Alta resistenza.Google translates this as -
precision-drawn tubes - tensor plus - high resistance.Battaglin have used this tubing historically which leads me to think that it must have been of some quality.
Anyone know anything about this tubing and is it known by another name.
Cannot find anything about it online.

A completely random, stupid and not remotely related to bike quesiton.
Does anyone know how far back does the Home Office record go? I was born in HK but I have held a full British passport since 1995, so if I remember correct, I should have had 4-5 British passports in total as the children ones only last for less than 5 years, it did for me anyway. Problem is, my most recent 2 passports got stolen during a break in and I have no idea where the older ones have gone. All I have left is the passport numbers of the 2 recent old ones and obvs the current vaild passport.
I am worried that with Brexit and all that shit exposed in the media, one day my British citizenship might be challenged and I won't be able to proof that I have been a British Citizen since 1995... Am I worrying over nothing? Does it matter at all how long one has been a British Citizen for when it comes to rights to stay / work / NHS etc etc?

- Yes
- No
The Home Office knows about your citizenship, your passport is only to tell forrins about it. It is not a domestic identity document, although frequently misused as such, and for most of history most people didn't ever have one.
UK citizens' rights and privileges are not tapered in, they all accrue in full as soon as you're a citizen, whether by birth or naturalisation. - Yes
Is there a way to find the details of high court judgements, in particular this one from around 24 April 2015? https://www.theguardian.com/books/2015/apr/27/court-orders-hesperus-press-stop-publication-jonas-jonasson-100-year-old-man
I found this site but didn't spot anything on there https://www.judiciary.gov.uk/court/high-court/
