Fucking bonkers isn't, Charlie wasn't allowed a lapse in concentration was he.
It wasn't like this prick went down the classic route of denying death by dangerous driving and admitting death by careless driving, but still he gets a suspended sentence.
Just watch I bet the fedex driver convicted of 8 counts of death by careless driving will get a sentence about the same as Charlie A.
