Not the answer to my question. I want to know minimum measurement of H:

Diameter of the tubes is '32mm ish', so you can easily calculate it.

Minimum stack is 35mm

You cold do braze on clamp and do slot before welding.

And then slot the tube you're welding on?

Yeah. The tube that site on the steerer could be done first. Cut to length, then braze clamp on and then cut slot.
The cut and mitre the rest of the two tubes

I wish I'd had a bike fit. Love the idea of these stems but have no idea what would be the right measurements.

That goes for anybody. If you want a stem and don't know what size tbc is fine for now. It is just so we can buy material for the stems and get cracking.
