What is minimum height measurement to enable clamp on front please?

25mm:

It is only possible to have clamp on front side on stems where there is at least 25mm "spacer stack" under stem.

Diameter of the tubes is '32mm ish', so you can easily calculate it.

Absolut min is 55mm H I reckon.
