Did they bang on about keeping it small? I thought they banged on about getting 'proper beer to the masses'.
Unlike Camden, they sold 22% to an investment company, not 100% to a multinational brewing giant.

The thing that turned me off was this:
Lodge a complaint about our own beer then shout for weeks in the media about how "the establishment" and "corporate freaks" want to keep us down! They are exactly what they claim to hate; they are the Donald Trump/Tory Party of beer - all bluster and spin - the truth is irrelevant as long as they get 5 minutes in the news

Plus always banged on about "keeping it small" and then sold the majority of their business to an investment company in the US... which is annoying as they slammed Camden for selling out. I guess they saw millions of pound signs and thought fuck it, we can advertise on bus shelters and TV now!
