What did tighten up all the bolts after you unfolded it, yes?

Might be tyre pressure, when it drops away from 100psi, I find my Brompton is far too squishy and flexi. Pump the tyres back up and it’s back to normal (relatively) for a Brompton..

I was the same, until I got my head around to stop thinking that it was a replacement for one of my road bikes. If you need to carry stuff when you are riding the Brom, I recommend the luggage block and one of the bags they offer ( I have a C Bag, with S bars).
10kg of stuff from Sainos shelves improves the front-end handling significantly.

First ride commute in on my Brompton today. When does it start to become 'fun'? Not sure about all that flex in the front end too, a little bit unnerving.
