Last week after the Weihenstephan Korbinian was out got recommended a Seven Sisters Extra Stokey Bitter which tasted surprisingly like. Followed by the Verdant.

I still haven't had a Beavertown beer that is better than their collaborations. The Cloudwater one continues the theme.

If you go to Vegas I can recommend Ellis Island Hotel.
Microbrewery on site. The Winter Spiced Ale is going down a treat. Very gingerbread!
And $2.50 a 'pint'.

Better if it was available on a Saturday when i'm out near a Brewdog bar!

Has anyone taken advantage of the free introductory case offer from Beer52 and then bailed before paying any monthly subscription? £24 for a case of 8 beers seems pretty eye-wateringly expensive to me, so I don't want to get trapped into an ongoing monthly payment.

I've carried on the subscription as I quite liked the packs, they tend to be themed and there's generally very little that I've had before. Particularly liked the one a few months ago which had a variety of beers to compare (same brewing process but one pair used different hops, one pair with different yeast, etc).
I think I'm signed up to either once every two months or quarterly and I paid upfront so it is a bit cheaper. Most of the beers look to be in the £2.50 to £3.50 range (although a fair few don't seem to be available over here) so price is about average.
I think they would be OK with cancelling though, service has been decent. I don't think there is any option to cancel online though so it would be a phone up and deal with them so probably a bit of spiel to cope with before you cancel.

Was subscribed to them for ages, had it fixed at 8 beers for £19 or 10 for £24, but got way too many boring pales by the end of it. No issue with cancellations, though having to ring up is a shitter

Thanks for the heads up, this month it’s an Irish selection, St Patrick’s day sorted, £5.95 postage is all you pay plus a phone call to cancel future subscriptions.
Update - there is a downside, shipping is by Yodel...
