I have no doubt their product is great (why I turned to them in the first place).
Their customer service is a touch lacking. So is their judgement of a fair deal.

Dunno, on the face of it, it sounds like you got irked because they wouldn't do what you wanted at the price you wanted.
I can't imagine it's a particularly lucrative business to be in - maybe they couldn't offer you a better deal and put their kids through college at the same time. The margins might be OK but the volume is gonna be tiny.
Unless they were rude to you? In which case yeah they were naughty.

Hah that’s cheeky. Would have thought they might make it more attractive than that.
However if they have your frame in my experience they do what they say on the tin.
