• Yeah, like I said they didn’t have a kit for my generation of frame.

    They wanted me to send my frame at my cost, have it for two days so they could design a kit for all future customers and fit to my bike. Then I had to arrange return shipment at my cost. They were willing to defect 10% for this wonderful service.

  • Hah that’s cheeky. Would have thought they might make it more attractive than that.

    However if they have your frame in my experience they do what they say on the tin.

  • I have no doubt their product is great (why I turned to them in the first place).
    Their customer service is a touch lacking. So is their judgement of a fair deal.
