No, but there's no rule against it. On the other hand, your bars should be the same brand as your stem.
Am a fan of Thomson so will probably end up getting their stuff again... but it does get a bit boring
Treat yourself to something better. Treat somebody else to dinner with the money you save.

And what do people think about Enve for stem and seatpost? Their prices seem a bit rich even for a vanity project...
