Of course there is wrong-doing all over the place, it's just that there's no evidence that any involve drugs. Starting on day 1 with the absolutely obvious conflict of interest (not a potential conflict of interest) having staff working for both BC and 'Sky' (TRL) at the same time. Just one small example which ties into the doping investigation was Simon Cope, a BC women's coach, instead spending time flying to deliver a package for Sky, a men's team. Another was BC women wearing Sky branding despite not getting any funding.
The fact that Deloitte or whoever it was didn't find a conflict of interest back in 2010 doesn't diminish that.
A friend of mine, formerly a senior figure in BC, was very careful to stay well out of any BC/Sky business. He thought conflicts of interest were so obvious that people would get burned.
