A few people are adopting the "Wenger Out" style approach which is not helpful or enjoyable. The majority appear to be in the camp that will support him and sing his name to encourage him but feel that if he wants to go he should go PROVIDED THAT there is a better replacement available and willing to come.
One thing that is clear is that the lack of a core of leaders such as Lampard, Terry and Drogba, has really hit the team. We need to think of bringing one of those back into the side as an assistant coach to whoever assumes the mantle in the summer. Players need to play for something more than their wage packet. There needs to be more connection between players and the crowd. To do this, they need to be led by those who are similarly motivated.

this sounds like a good plan.
are there any managers out there looking for work/that can be lured?
do you think they'd be a long term prospect or do you think you need an interim solution?
I think Conte continuing looks like a good interim solution, but i'm not a chelsea fan... -

A former big character on the coaching staff would be a great move to provide that link and give motivation to the team
As for the managerial situation its never plain sailing at chelsea, I can see Roman pulling the trigger if there is a bad result and poor performance vs Barca.

Is conte deliberatly hindering the team to make a point to the board ? Or trying to bore himself in to the sack ?
@WornCleat what has the feeling in the stands been on Conte, it frustrationg that he tends to leave changing things till its late in the game.
