Hmm, that is an option but I already have brakes and levers. I was thinking one of those racks that mounts to the axle but I'll have to see if it would actually fit the shape of the fork ends first.

The 'cheap' ones of those aren't that good though sadly, I suppose the Pelago Commuter is 'cheaper' but still not that cheap.

Can recommend the Gammoh Porteur. Have commuted on mine for years and carried all sorts of loads with no problems.

Cheap steel disc forks and a pizza rack? Then run it fixed with a single cheap hydro disc. Great all weather, low maintenance
