Not really a project but I've been having fun on this today. Borrowed it from my brother after several years being sat in a shed. The fact that I fell off so many times was made more embarrassing by the fact that @GideonPARANOID coped fine on his Croix De Fer.

If you were going up and over a shorter stem will help.

Ha, I'd mark my experience down as 'survived at best'. Was much more comfortable riding on it on Saturday afternoon when the temperatures were still sub-zero so there was none of the slush to deal with!
