Wheelset, 1x groupset other bits

Looking to procure the following for my "all road":

Narrowwide chainring 130mm BCD (e.g. J&L you no longer want to save me waiting for shipping)
BB30 to BSA adaptor
part groupset for 1x10 set up for drop bars so:

• shifter and compatible rear mech
  
• cassette
  
  

Wheelset - QR 135mm rim brake, ideally fairly budget e.g. replaced stock wheels! Although if someone has front dynamo I am listening!
Also I if I have money left over, brakes! (I have some but they are a bit wank, what miniVs do people have?)

Trying to free up funds as I go along for this but interested to see what people have :)

Now opening this up to:

• any hollowtech or gxp crankset I can convert to 1x
  
• 1x chainring
  
• mini V brakes
  
  

Can be as ratty as anything, only criteria is cheap and working!

hey there I have a 1x surly chainring on a silver crankset - i think I have a gxp bottom bracket to go with it too (in green) - bearing will need a service on that though...

I have a new (mounted to crank but never seen a chain) Praxis 42t n/w ring on used DA 7700 crank + BB. Would want £70 sheets for the lot though so not particularly cheap.

Having done the maths, think 36t will be too small - what BCD is it out of interest?

I got some wheels for sale. Mavic kysrium elite. Good budget race wheels or training wheels. ~1600g for the set. Can throw in some used gp4k's. Wanted £140 but can wiggle cos I'm a desperately broke af student
