Boxed, there a small nick on the front by the edge near the headphone socket. The odd blemish on the rear of the phone from where some grit may get trapped in the rear of the case.
Phone works beautifully, battery is operating at above 80% health so no affected by the whole Apple battery health issue. I can verify this with a diagnostic tool if needed.
