• I’ve used Anker a lot because they’re extremely good value. However, I question their longevity - I’m now a proud owner of four, now defunct, ones. After a while they seem to not charge anymore and I’ve tried a variety of cables and plugs but nothing seems to get them going again.

  • Mine are all fine, you sure you're not doing something silly with them like using them on crazy high current draw stuff or getting them wet or something?

Odd you've had so many fails. Mine have always been fine, and not too fussy about what cables they use. They are widely used amongst audaxers and I've not heard anyone else reporting failures.
That level of coincidence means it is virtually certain to be something to do with how you are keeping them. All I can think of is do you keep them plugged in to the mains long term rather than disconnecting when them when they are charged? That could kill them.
