• So my power drop outs issue has returned, hence the second Garmin. Today's turbo session involved dropouts with both my units, but at different times... So I'm now coming to the conclusion that there's nothing wrong with the p2m, or either garmin, but perhaps it's a signal interference issue? Is that a thing.

I live in a block of flats, and I have my fair share of WiFi and Bluetooth shiz going on, can they interfere with ant+? it is a plausible explanation if so.

  • That doesn't make sense. If it was signal failure neither unit would receive the data.

Did you check the recording setting? Are you sure they're at different times? Did you start the two units recording at the same time?

  • Here's one with no drop outs and the other with (at the 39 minute marker). The one that dropped out is the brand new Garmin 1000. My last session it was the other way around, the 800 dropped out but the 1000 didn't.

What recording setting is there to check? Smart recording is off on both. Records every 1 second.
