Eh? On every traditional EC34 headset I've fitted, I've had to fit the headset cups by pressing them into place with a headset press. How's that not a press fit?

Mainly cause you just drop in a cartridge bearing or loose bearing in the cup/headtube without even needing a tool to push it in the first place and carefully preload it.
I guess my comment were pretty vague, isn’t there’s a difference between that and pressing an actual cartridge bearing into a shell?
