Chipped cats, she is registered as the owner mean that I can be prosecuted for theft.
I am afraid that the cats will die by poisening if I'm not here. Don't want them to die, especially in a painful way. Getting them put down (killed is the word I should use) I don't know what to do nor am I thinking logically.

surely taking the cats and giving them to someone else is just as easy as taking them away to be killed?
