@PhilDAS and @laner I wouldn't waste your time, I bought a pair and was pretty sorely disappointed.
They are actually pretty small, like waaay smaller than the platform of a dmr v12 or similar pedal, they will rotate the pedal to the point where it is the hardest for you to flip it over to put your foot on the platform side (I'm used to flipping flats with straps and toeclip pedals, this was much harder) and the platform sits quite high above the axle so once you eventually get your foot on it, it feels really unstable and my foot would occasionally roll right off the platform.
