  • I keep trying Skyr and I keep not liking it.

    Pistachios: I don't know what it is but they have to be salted and the funny thing is I always disliked them. I'd never have eaten them a year ago.

  • I find the trick with Skyr is frozen fruit: When it defrosts it leaves a lot of juice, this gives flavour and makes it less thick.

    I find pistachios too much work and they taste "weird" but clearly salted pistachios contain something you need/want so why not build them into your macros?*

    *a whole bag is a lot of cycling tho

  • I don't do macros. I barely do MFP calories as it is. I just boost carbs on training days (and clearly days when I do fuck all... I'm looking at you Vienetta!)
