    Nuts I'm struggling with. I think changing my eating habits at work mean I'm getting far less salt than I used to and I properly crave salted pistachios for the last few months. Like, never before have I been a savoury food craver, always sweet stuff, but that last few months I've eaten an entire country supply of those little green bastards.

  • I eat it but I weigh it, one portion is 250 kcal (umph!) that's 70% of my work commute... (which involves a 2 mile uphill lately) it's fine with Skyr/Fage 0% fat and berries, but it's tricky one.

    Pistachoes, you are not pregnant no? :p
    Joking aside, maybe there's something in them that you need.

  • I keep trying Skyr and I keep not liking it.

    Pistachios: I don't know what it is but they have to be salted and the funny thing is I always disliked them. I'd never have eaten them a year ago.
