As I'm slowly getting my bikes tidied up I thought I should update this thread a bit.
The Davanti is currently in pieces after I twisted the fork whilst being an idiot. New forks should be on their way.
Cotic has just come back from tour looking like this:
But since then has new tyres (Previous ones didn't really fit) and a set of Ritchey bars which are infinitely more comfortable than the dirt drops I was using previously
Also recently finished this rockhopper build for my girlfriend. This is it in full touring mode a few weeks ago, but has since gotten sensible tyres again for the winter

Nice bikes, especially love the Cotic!

Rockhopper looks ace fully loaded

New fork day for the fixed gear. Still needs to be cut down/have thread extended.

why not go threadless? looks like it will fit if you off exactly at the end of the threaded section. (or keep a couple of extra mm of threaded section for the top spacer, itll be fine)*
*caveat: do measure to be sure!

Thought about it, but the stem overlaps the threaded section even without the top of the headset being installed. So threaded it's going to remain.

Finally got the Davanti built back up. New fork got scratched in the mail, then again by my mechanic, but at least it's rideable again.

Now with custom/not custom handlebar bag featuring bra strap

That rockhopper is perfect and the Davanti looks mad fun as well!

Got some film back from our recent tour through the Ardennes. Highly recommended trip if your based in the Netherlands and want to get in to the (small) mountains. We started cycling in Maastricht and had 5 days of off-road via the GR5 to Ouren, then 2 days of paved cycle path back to Maastricht.

Should have done that when I lived in Maastricht. Looks lovely!

Obligatory snow photo
Not much has changed on the bike itself. Just changed the tyres from Panaracer Gravel Kings to a pair of Terrene Elwoods since big slick tyres are vaguely terrifying in anything resembling mud

Looks cool mate

Noord? :)

I'm late to the party but love the way you've made the Cotic your own. Is the fork the original just with extra eyelets brazed on? Looks seriously cool (and fun).
-
• #44
Precies!
-
• #45
Thanks! It is the original fork with added eyelets. I don't know why cotic add eyelets as standard, it makes the bike so much more practical

Cool bike

Nice!

May I ask what the shifter/derailleur combo is? Looks rad!
-
• #50
It's got 10 speed 105 shifters paired with a 9 speed deore rear derailleur and cx70 front derailleur. Front is 46/30 and rear is a 10 speed 11-36
das nice.
