Club run yesterday was supposed to be road intervals but they were worried about people slipping on the snow so I ended up running intervals around a field in the snow, with no head torch (because I'd planned on a road run on with street lights). The moon was mega-bright so it was actually pretty cool.
Bailed on my morning run today though. Used the snow and cold as an excuse to rest a few niggles.
