  • Mini-taper cut-back week has come at a good time. I'm cautious about doing hard sessions in dodgy weather (breathing even colder air, slippery surfaces) so just a decent moderate effort this lunchtime, a nice warm marathon-pace treadmill session, w/ 28.5 mins @ 17.0kph = 5M @ 5:40/m, total 9 miles incl. jogging to gym and back in many layers.
