so the zip ties help get the bead in place, but as soon as I inflate past about 30psi it just pops out again, it's like theres 1cm too much beading so when it's in place it just pushes the bottom of the tyre away from the rim. at one point i though it was going to ping into place, but no it pinged but straight out again. :(
