Cool.
Can't resist desire for front rack options. Also, if they keep chain stays on the short side to make the ride more fun... you might be able to run a rack but have no heal clearance for the panniers?
Have you built a Pyrolite yet?

I think we need to point out that gravel does not necessary mean touring bike in the traditional sense, so rack eyelits aren't a necessary requirement.
Haven't build a Pyrolite, would be interested in it had the seat tube not been that slack (for me).

did it 6 times on vintage bikes with 25 mms, 'nova bici' would surely be more comfy! scenery and roads are as good as it gets

Believe its an all new route, but £80...argh. I've pretty much had my fill of riding vintage, novelty has worn off.

i‘m curious as i‘m awaiting a bombtrack hook ext carbon with 650b wheels
-

Fair. But having them maximises value of investment if you can't run 5 bikes.
How would you rate this iteration of Sora? I can't see passed the Pyrolite from a value/versatility stand point.

Which is build with 650b in mind, as the trail is shown to be a little more than a typical CX bike, closer to an MTB.

How would you rate this iteration of Sora?
Better than the last one, they kept the same shift feel (a slightly muted click) to widen the gap between Sora and Tiagra.
Still feel better than the old 105 5700 thought.
Big advantage is that it retain the same cable pull as the previous Sora, meaning if people want to upgrade the shifter only, they can do so, unlike Tiagra which adopted the cable pull of the 5800/6800/etc.

Have one in the shop, also have 650b wheel, will check on Monday but clearance is tight with the stock 28mm in the fork.
What u reckon ed?

Maybe it's me, but I'd like a "too nice bike" if I'm gonna spend that much time on it every day.
-
• #2716
I also think its because im getting pretty bored of it and I want a MTB also
-
• #2717
Sorry, will check tomorrow, actually got one build up, and forget about it!

Pretty damn ugly. What is that seatpost all about as well?
Can't believe people (in the Riding Gravel thread) would spend several thousand dollars on a bike that they haven't even seen a picture of! Nutters
-
• #2720
Hmm looks like you can make that into a fun bike, with the dropped chainstay and sliding dropouts. What's the clearance?
-
• #2721
ISP topper init
-
• #2722
Up to 45mm, officially.
-
• #2723
But I mean, why? Why not standard 27.2mm that everyone already has?
