I have had loads of punctures that sealed and I was unaware of them.
I got thousands of miles out of s-one tyres and it was only when I finally took them off I found the mudguards of commuto x biek were lined with dried stans sealant.
I think Stan's is fine for punctures, I just find it a pain to set-up and clean.
