Yeah, we live in Brentford. I have (had) a few leads, but nothing we can afford on our own. A workspace would give my partner the opportunity of getting back into her old line of work as the nipper gets a bit older, and also give me a bit of space for bikes and bike faff. Last ditch attempt really before renting a garage as long term storage and mothballing everything.

Try asking around the Brentford dock area. There quite few workshops and craftmen in sheds.
