Massively depends on what your aims are:
1) going super fa/t, then full frame back should pretty much carry everything with a camel back. You can also grab things whilst on the move.
2) the saddle bag isn’t as swingy as you’d expect but it is a pain unpacking it but a decent middle ground saving weight.
3) if you’ve got a decent painier set then use it. Much more cost effective and easier to locate stuff. Remember spare bolts though!
