• I was on a ferry boat very early this morning approaching the French coast for a short weekend at my parents. I was bored so when data came back on my phone I started reading the forum and found this thread. Then I saw the link to your book and read a bit about it on the publisher's website.
Later today I was in "town" and I thought, let's get a book for my return journey on the ferry. And boom! It was on the new releases table!
Will report, although I'm a mega slow reader so maybe the English version could happen first...

  • You might not be my first reader here in UK because @cgg got one, but dude that's a lovely story !
I took the channel ferry several times, since I spent my holidays' childhood near Calais.

    Many thanks...

  • I took the channel ferry

    Just boarded!
And just sat in restaurant with your book. Paul Valery and Sete, as a big Brassens lover, that's a nice start!
I have to confess I'm not traveling by bike...

  • Yes :-) I've finished it recently and thoroughly enjoyed it.

@Lanterne_Rouge you're welcome to borrow it if you want?

Anyway, nice bike! The rear light cabling exit point has me wondering how the routing is done? I see the wire goes in on the top tube, but then I would have imagine the seat tube/stays junction was "solid" (and there's the matter of the seatpost being in the way).
