So I updated my work computer to High Sierra and it broke incoming mail for Exchange.
This led to me downloading Spark for the work Exchange account and HOLY SHIT. It's so good.
I use Inbox for both my personal accounts and Spark is kind-of in the same vein in that it makes your email a to-do list but in this case it's a stand-alone application.
Really great.
