First full day in Melbourne today. Swung by Curve and met Rhino and Jesse. The 34C heat was a bit of a shock to the system. Met up with some internet mates and grabbed food. Randomly bumped into Sarah Hammond in an outskirt suburb on my ride back to my Airbnb at 10pm. Literally no other riders around - or many cars. Mad coincidence! Had a great chat.
Going for a 800km ride to Adelaide starting Tuesday. Although I’m worrying about my right knee. After 22 hours of sitting down on the travel here I had a weird moment where it ‘popped’ whilst I was getting up. Has been feeling off since and seems to be a little swollen compared to my left. Hoping it sorts itself out soon...
