Should be exchanging contracts today. Completing 1st March. Then just need to completely redo the bathroom and kitchen. And flooring. And bedroom. Sad face.

Congratulations dude. And look on the bright side - it'll mean you can do it the way YOU want to. I did the same this time last year, going into summer is a good time to do up a place.
