Yes I'd like to see some grading here. My head would explode if I didn't snock-rocket on a regular basis when doing anything more active than walking, but I try to do it out of sight/range. Can be difficult when running hard, but I'll veer off to the side to avoid splatting someone behind me.
@Mucker - always block one nostril. Inadequate pressure just results in dribbles hanging off lips/chin... not a good look.
