But seriously. I might just ride over on road bike and wear full training kit. Not really that worried on properly time trialling at 0 deg C.
I’m trying to decide between skinsuit with a few layers of merino underneath, full winter kit, or staying in bed...
It depends on the wind chill factor. I regularly race cx in a merino base layer, bibs, short sleeve jersey and arm and knee warmers. Oh, and a cap and gloves.
Once you get into the effort, you barely notice the weather.
