Is getting this done quite a quick affair? Expensive? Will also be looking to have this done almost immediately when we finally move in.

It wasn't planned. 4 keys for the door, one that doesn't work. Guess which one I took out?

Managed to get it working non-destructively but I guess he could have put a new lock in if needed.

Normally a 50 50 goes the wrong way for me, but 1 in 4, daaamn. I hope you had stellar luck for the rest of the day.
